Author's recipe
Addition of tiny quantities of the natural birch sap and honey
instead of traditional sweeteners, gives White Birch® its
unique softness and velvety pleasant finish. Being a natural
toner and source of antioxidants, the birch sap is low in sugar
and contains fructose rather than sucrose, thus when
concentrated it can alternate with traditional sugar sweeteners
in the recipe.
