SIBERIAN EXPRESS vodka proudly showcased a 25 sqm stand in one of the two main halls at Bar Convent Berlin 2025, held from October 6th to 8th. Among its neighbors multiple prestigious brands have been presented such as Three Sixty, Jägermeister, Giffard, De Kuyper, Teeling Whiskey, and BOLS. Prominently displayed advertising with the booth’s coordinates welcomed visitors just before the main entrance.

Siberian Express vodka featured one of the few stands at the exhibition designed with a unique concept inspired by a vintage train carriage. The space included a private meeting room, a premium Art Deco-style bar with hostesses dressed as conductresses, while bartenders have been wearing custom-made uniforms.

Guests were delighted with exclusive souvenirs, including branded luggage tags and eco-friendly shopping bags. Top bartenders from Reingold Bar (the legendary Berlin venue that reopened following 2020 and marked the most talked-about bar opening of 2024) have been offering the guest their prominent cocktails.

To strengthen brand experience - a unique perfumery activation was led by an industry icon Arnd Henning Heissen, former Bar Director at the Ritz Carlton Berlin, now a consultant, bar owner, and star of the German bar scene. Each guest received a personalized souvenir fragrance bearing the brand’s logo, with an impressive total of 180 bespoke perfumes gifted over the three-day event.
