About the job

We are seeking an experienced On-Trade Manager to launch and grow our super spirits brands, Siberian Express and White Birch, within Berlin’s on-trade sales channel. This role focuses on building distribution, driving sales, and activating the brand through targeted partnerships and events.


About the Role

Your core mission will be to establish and expand our presence in Berlin's premier HoReCa. You will be the key driver for introducing our brands, building strategic distribution, and creating lasting partnerships within the on-trade channel.


Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand distribution of Siberian Express and White Birch in Berlin’s on-trade channel

• Conduct regular visits to on-trade accounts, leading negotiations, presentations, and tastings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and brand representatives

• Support customer events in close cooperation with the marketing department and brand guidelines

• Develop and deliver training sessions and presentations for staff at partner venues

• Expand customer universe by promoting our products in the right channels by focusing on high potential customers

• Execute brand marketing activations, brand visibility and brand guidelines with respective customers


Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the premium spirits segment

• An established network of contacts in Berlin’s on-trade scene

• Сomfortable working evenings and weekends

• Skilled in creating engaging social media content to amplify brand presence


Other skills & requirements:

• Languages: Germany & English fluent written & spoken

• Passion, Creativity & Innovation

• Driving Licence B

• Residence: Region Berlin


Goals & Performance Metrics

• Achieve quarterly and annual targets for signed contracts and sales volume

• Secure partnerships with iconic on-trade accounts (minimum one per year)

• Support the execution of high profile events and projects
